With over 15 years of experience in real estate lending, we specialize in providing non-conventional short and medium term loans. Our loan programs do not require credit or income verification and do not have prepayment penalties.
Our group of lenders generally consists of private individuals with whom we have a long-standing personal relationship. Some of our other funding sources include trusts and pension plans.
We are able to fund loans in the state of California, with amounts ranging from $30,000 to $1,000,000. Due to our years of experience, we are able to offer creative financing solutions for complex deals such as, development, multi-county and out-of-state additional collateral. Examples of purposes for our loans include purchase money, bridge loans, construction, development and land acquisition.
We are a Broker, licensed by the California Department of Real Estate. We are also members of both the California Association of Mortgage Brokers and the National Association of Mortgage Brokers.
