We are a source of non-institutional, short-term real estate lending. Such loans are often referred to as hard money or private money loans. We are a direct lender with in-house underwriting which allows us to approve and fund loans within hours of application submission.

With over 15 years of experience in real estate lending, we specialize in providing non-conventional short and medium term loans. Our loan programs do not require credit or income verification and do not have prepayment penalties.
